The foundation of our products is comprised of naturally pickled olives and cold-pressed olive oils obtained from olive trees grown in the fertile soil of the Hatay and Mut regions. Our olives are flavored using natural methods; no chemical additives are used. Our olive oils are produced using a completely cold-pressed method at low temperatures, preserving all their nutritional value.

Pomegranate Syrup: Prepared from Hatay's famous pomegranates, patiently simmered over a traditional wood fire.
Tahina: Produced from sesame seeds crushed in stone mills in the Anatolian steppe.
